Welcome to the North Norfolk & Great Yarmouth Liberal Democrats!
Our focus is on moving North Norfolk forward, and ensuring every resident and every community secures a fairer deal. First and foremost, that means fighting residents’ corners and championing our communities on North Norfolk District Council and Norfolk County Council, while holding Conservatives to account for their actions.
It also means re-taking the parliamentary seat in North Norfolk, and ensuring tireless campaigner Steffan Aquarone is standing up for our shared values in Parliament.
Whether it’s in Cromer or Westminster, we’re working hard -- alongside residents just like you -- to build a new kind of politics; one that puts the interests of local families ahead of party politics and fights for what’s right for North Norfolk.
Improve bus services now
I/we the undersigned support the Norfolk Liberal Democrat campaign to improve bus services across Norfolk, with towns and villages better connected, and residents able to hop on a bus where they need to, when they need to.
Save Roughton Post Office
I/we the undersigned support the campaign to save post office services in Roughton. We call on the Government to provide proper funding for post offices, and Post Office Ltd to secure the current settings or find an alternative

NNDC Local Plan - Further Consultation now open
Following additional demands from the Planning inspector a new consultation on revised Local Plan sites for North Norfolk began on Thursday, November 7, and will run until midday on Thursday, December 19.

Council backs down on parking permit cost increase
Following pressure from residents and your Lib Dem councillors, Haringey Council has been forced to back down on plans to scrap daily visitor permits in CPZs, which would have forced forcing residents to use more expensive hourly permits.
